This hybrid Coral Bells brings together attractive foliage and flowers into one smart package. Medium-sized rich bronze leaves form a lush mound. Sprays of unusual creamy-yellow flowers tower above in late spring, lasting several weeks. 

 

 

 

 


Berry Smoothie: Ht. 18"

The large, gently-lobed leaves are bright rose-pink in spring, becoming bronze-red by summer. Taller stems of small ivory bell flowers appear in late spring. Wonderful in the garden or in mixed containers. Trim off any withered or tired-looking leaves in spring.

This Coral Bells selection has scalloped leaves that emerge gold in spring, deepening to amber and peach. Sprays of light-pink flowers appear in midsummer, after other selections are finished. Very sturdy habit, an excellent choice for hot, humid summer regions.

This hybrid forms a mound of glowing chartreuse-yellow leaves with a hairy texture. Taller sprays of ivory-white flowers rise above in late summer into the autumn. Sturdy in habit, nice for edging borders, in the shady rock garden or in containers.

This hybrid Coral Bells selection is a terrific choice for adding a touch of color towards the front of a border. The lobed leaves are an unusual tone of peachy-orange, overlaid with silver-white markings. The color changes to rosy purple during winter. Sprays of creamy-white flowers appear in summer. Protect from hot afternoon sun to prevent leaf scorch.

This selection forms a sturdy mound of silvery-grey leaves, veined with beet-red. Sprays of creamy flowers appear in June. In warm regions this is best in part shade. Spring foliage is purple maturing to deep green with prominent reddish purple veins and light silver overlay, creamy white flowers.

This hybrid Coral Bells selection is a terrific choice for adding a touch of color towards the front of a border. The lobed leaves are nearly black in spring, heavily spotted in hot pink. Leaf color fades a bit in summer, with cream and pink spots. Sprays of fairly insignificant white flowers appear in late spring. This unique leaf colors can make for some very unusual garden pairings, particularly in mixed containers. Reported to handle full sun in cool summer regions, otherwise provide with afternoon shade to prevent scorching.
